About Us
Caroline Body trained at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado in 2001 and gained the Advanced Practitioner Certificate in spring 2007. She began her career in alternative medicine in the late 1970s with a foundation course in herbalism, but switched to homeopathy which she has practised for twenty years. In the mid ‘90s she became interested in the field of NLP, and studied to Master Practitioner level, and lately has completed levels 1 and 2 in EFT. The adventure continues!
Rosy Adams studied massage ten years ago. She went on to train as a Sports Massage Therapist and then went to the USA to study at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. She is also a qualified as an NLP and EFT practitioner. She has an abiding interest in human performance and has been involved in the fields of sport, fitness and dance since the age of six. She spends her spare time paragliding, kayaking, horse riding and most recently, snowboarding.

Massage
Massage manipulates the soft tissues of the body to relieve pain and aid relaxation. It also restores the equilibrium of the body, mind and spirit. Deep tissue and myo-fascial release techniques are used to free chronic tension and holding patterns.
EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary.
